Not many people with a fear of heights would consider buying a penthouse in a 37-story high- rise on San Francisco’s waterfront. However, Gurbaksh Chahal , who, flipped his online-advertising startup to Yahoo for $300 million— recently purchased a penthouse for $6.9 million in San Francisco.

Gurbaksh Chahal is accustomed to risk. That’s how the 25 years old Indian American raised in San Jose built an Internet fortune for himself, and he is not going to stop taking chances any time soon. Although, Chahal can live anywhere, he prefers “San Francisco” for its cosmopolitan air, the business opportunities, and its proximity to his family.

Not content to cool his heels after selling ad network BlueLithium to Yahoo!, founder and entrepreneur “Gurbaksh Chahal ” is rejoining the technology game with gWallet, a new ecommerce solution. The company is in the final stages of funding and is set to launch this summer.

As the nation faces a time of economic uncertainty, gWallet is designed to help mitigate the financial burden of purchasing goods with an easy to use online platform that helps shoppers find the best deals on the Web. gWallet will also be available in desktop widgets and via a mobile platform in its later stages.

What’s next in Gurbaksh Chahal’s Life: Gurbaksh Chahal Interviewed by Nirvana Woman Magazine

After the foundation of “Click Agent” and “Blue Lithium”, what’s next in Gurbaksh Chahal’s life? This was the question Gurbaksh was supposed to answer in an interview by Nirvana Woman Magazine. For this question Gurbaksh Chahal , who often goes by as “G” answered “Whatever I do next is not about money. I am in a place where I can ask myself, what’s my passion? I love the excitement of walking up each day & thinking about what I had liked to do next, to merge all my experiences to do something new.”

Chahal’s next projects include the completion of his book currently titled “The Dream” as well as a reality – TV show concept with the same title.
