Gurbaksh Chahal: One of the Youngest, Successful, Award-Winning Entrepreneurs

Gurbaksh Chahal, more commonly known as “G” by his friends, is one of the youngest and most successful award winning internet entrepreneurs of recent times. Chahal has created companies worth over $340 million by the age of 26.

Gurbaksh founded “ClickAgents”, one of the first online ad networks to focus on the needs of performance-based advertisers, rather than brand advertisers and sold that to ValueClick for $40 million in stock. After that he founded “BlueLithium”. BlueLithium was the next generation ad network focusing on data optimization and analytics and was a pioneer of behavioral targeting. In 2007, Yahoo! announced that it had agreed to buy BlueLithium for $300 million in cash.

Chahal is not the one to rest on his laurels. Recently, he launched his third start up “gWallet”, a new ecommerce solution. Based in San Francisco, gWallet is the next generation shopping destination for the online consumer. gWallet will help revolutionize the way consumers shop, transact, and interact with merchants.
